You and MCHOA can do what an individual homeowner can’t always do. When you come to us for help, we can put the strength of the MCHOA and the Delaware Manufactured Home Owners Association (DMHOA) to work for you. Together we provide a unified and respected front with Management, Government, and elsewhere. We know which meetings to attend, when to write letters (and, more importantly, where to send them), and what to say to whom. We are far stronger than any homeowner acting individually.
